So, we would like to assure you that any order you may care to place with us will be delivered to you promptly within a very short space of time (Royal Mail permitting). If we cannot deliver quickly to you, we will email you with the reason..!! Likewise, we don't scrimp on the delivery method - all orders are sent via a Signed For service - either Royal Mail or ParcelForce - so you know you will receive the item promptly....we don't try to save costs, by sending by 2nd class post (or worse)
You can place your online order (via our secure server) at any time.
IMPORTANT: For all payments by VISA/Mastercard (and other) credit/debit cards, we now ask you to include the Card Security Code (aka CVC or CVV) number - this is the last three digit number printed on the signature strip on the rear of your credit/debit card. This is called the Card Security Code/Credit Card Verification Code/Card Verification Value/ and it helps us to ensure your card is not used fraudulently.
Please remember to include this if you are paying by credit card as our credit card processing hardware has now been upgraded to require this information as well as the registered address of the card - if these security checks fail, then we will NOT ship your order.
